Milford, Surrey
Built and owned by a local developer who had rented the properties for the last 15 years, we were instructed to find a purchaser for the entire investment portfolio which remained fully let and income producing. We quickly identified a London based investment fund, who exchange and completed within 6 weeks.
St Margarets, Twickenham
Acquired for family office clients on an off market basis, a fully let income producing ‘shop and uppers’ forming part of a 19th century retail parade in the popular London suburb of St Margarets near Twickenham.

Albion Close, Slough
Acting in an advisory capacity for an existing landowner, BWP Property helped secure a sale of what was then a vacant distribution warehouse adjacent to the Slough Railway Station to an owner occupier purchaser at an excellent sale price on a £ per sqft basis. The property has since been re-occupied by the new owner.

Acting on behalf of a private family office, Briaswood Property acquired this unbroken parade on an off market basis directly with the landowner who had owned it for 30 years. Acquired for long term income, the property has substantial asset management potential which we are working together with the client to achieve.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, BWP Property acquired this unbroken corner parade in the market town of Daventry consisting of 5 shops with upper parts on a corner plot. Acquired off market and acquiring directly from the family who have owned the site for many years, the property offers significant asset management and development potential which we are now working with our clients to achieve.
Summerstown Road, South Wimbledon
Acting on behalf of a developer client, BWP’s team of consultants were instrumental in obtaining a very successful planning consent for 72 private residential units which was subsequently sold to a housing association.
High Street, Evesham
Owned by the same family for many years, we acquired this retail parade with vacant office accommodation above in the market town of Evesham on behalf of our main family office clients. They plan to re-let the vacant retail and convert the upper floors into residential apartments.
