Matt Jackson
DirectorHaving originally migrated from residential sales with a top tier Central London Estate Agency, Matthew has significant experience in both residential and commercial investment, development consultancy and acquisition. His wide spectrum of experience in many different asset classes combined with his agency background allows him to identify potential assets and provide the advice required, whilst having the skill set to secure deals on the best possible commercial terms for his clients.
Iain Duckworth
DirectorIain qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009 whilst working at Drivers Jonas, gaining experience in the Development, Valuation and City Agency teams. After the merger of Drivers Jonas and Deloitte he spent 6 years working in the Lease Advisory Team advising numerous clients on various landlord and tenant matters. In 2015 he joined the Asset Management Team at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, predominantly working on the Belgravia part of the Estate. During this time Iain had responsibility for the asset management of a mixed use portfolio with a capital value of £450m+ and annual rent of £20m+. His wide range of experience means he is well placed to advise his clients on both acquisition and value add initiatives to get the best possible returns on their assets.
Richard Jackson
Home Counties Residential Development ConsultancyRichard has over 30 years of residential sales and acquisition experience largely in the Home Counties. Living in the commuter town of Henley on Thames where he owned a residential estate agency for 20 years, he provides clients with an in depth and experienced knowledge of the residential property market which is particularly of use to residential developers looking for honest and accurate advice. Richard works with a number of active residential developers of differing sizes and is largely active in the Home Counties particularly Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Bucks.
Charley Burgess
Senior AssociateWe are delighted to welcome Charley Burgess to our growing team here in Henley. Charley who grew up and went to School locally, has been working within the real estate industry for the last 5 years, initially being based in London she has also worked in Dubai, and most recently with a leading estate agency in Windsor. She brings significant experience, energy and enthusiasm to the team together with a very dynamic approach which will be of great value to both our residential and commercial clients.
Mark Greenwood
Kent Associate PartnerMark is the managing director of William Property Management who are an established property management and agency business based in Faversham, Kent. In 2022, Mark became an associate partner of BWP bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience particularly of Faversham and the other market towns of Northern and Eastern Kent. This partnership allows us to provide our clients in these locations with the same dedicated and proactive service as elsewhere in the Home Counties, coupled with extensive local knowledge and experience.
